I keep reading conflicting information about the coat colour genetics of thriantas which tend to move from the colour being a self to one of agouti with band extensions and rufus modifiers etc.....any thoughts anyone please?

Hi Redbun, As I already replied via Email, the Thrianta is an Agouti patterned rabbit - strange as it may seem. Demi may remember I once mentioned my doe from my original Thrianta pair was already in kit when I bought her. The previous breeder had mated her up with a Tan ( Not an Agouti patterned bunny ) a few days after Ariadne arrived, she kindled, the resulting offspring were all Agouti's. ( Looking very similar to a Rufus Red Belgian Hare as kits ) Hence proving the Thrianta's are indeed Agouti's.
